Inner Peace

 

        In our everyday hectic life we are  continually using self-talk.  This self-talk is our inner critic,

which at times holds us back from accomplishing our goals, and lowers our self-esteem, which then causes us

to lack confidence as well as self-worth.  This class is designed to help the individual to become aware of that negative

self-talk and change it to increase feelings of self-worth and self-acceptence.  By learning to relax the body and mind

using guided imagery and visualization, one can learn to change past negative programing to make positive changes,

enhance self-esteem, and build confidence.

   Class objective:

 

 

                                 This Class runs one night a week for three weeks.
